This workshop aims to equip teenagers and parents of pre-teens with the Six Sigma problem solving tools, techniques and methodology, to empower themselves or their young ones achieve significant and sustainable improvements in their academic performances.  

The participants will learn the Six Sigma way of reasoning through a step-by-step roadmap for application towards achieving the goal set in a systematic and planned way.  The participants will learn the dynamics involved in championing changes and the characteristics of an effective change agent as change involve a great variety of factors and forces.  The participants will understand and experience empowerment through their effective change management using the Six Sigma methodology.  

To champion change, a champion mindset is necessary and that is our expectation from each participant at the start and even more so at the end of workshop.
