Established in 2002, Scharff-VIP has been providing quality values-based thinking skills programmes to many educational institutions. Our flagship progamme, Math Olympiad, has been researched by Dr Yeap Ban Har of NIE, for its innovative teaching methods in “developing a thinking person in our students”. We take pride in our teaching model, formulated by Mr John Yong, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Mensa member, Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist (NGH, NCH), and certified in Practical Counselling.
In 2008, Ms Jene Wong, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and certified in Practical Counselling, joined Scharff-VIP to launch the Six Sigma Empowerment programme.
